Please take a few minutes to look over the guidelines for applying for the
Thwaites Trophy for Excellence in Local History. Nominations are due April
1, 2009.
The Reuben Gold Thwaites Trophy is presented annually to one affiliated his
torical society for continued excellence for its overall service to its com
munity over a period of at least five years. Each affiliated society is in
vited to review its own performance and submit itself in nomination for the
trophy.
