If you don't need a lot, you might find a wood worker in your members
or neighbors who has a planer molder machine. You can take plain pine
boards and make just about any kind of modification with the machines
or with the addition of a shaper. Probably there is a small band
sawmill owner in your area who not only saws the boards but can
process them into what you want. You might to talk to the shop
teacher at the local school and ask him too, as it might be a good
school project.
