AASLH is offering a free webinar to explain its new StEPs program for small
- and mid-sized organizations. If you've been curious about how the program
works and how it might benefit your organization, plan to join us on Tuesd
ay, April 13 at 2 p.m. Eastern. The webinar will last one hour. Participati
on is free, but pre-registration is required at

StEPsis a self-study program that offers self-assessment questions to help
your organization rate its policies and practices in six standards areas.
Your organization earns certificates (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) as it repor
ts back to AASLH that it is successfully meeting Basic, Good, or Better lev
els in each section. There is no time limit on completing the program. The
$150 fee is a one-time payment no matter if your organization is in the pro
gram for two years or ten years.
