The Pewaukee Area Historical Society invites you to spend an Evening with A
be Lincoln. Reverend Robert Rotgers, Wauwatosa will portray Abraham Linc
oln, at the Quarterly Meeting of the Pewaukee Area Historical Society. Appe
aring in period costume as Lincoln, Rotgers will speak in the first pers
on as he presents interesting aspects of the life of Lincoln . The eve
nt will be held on Wednesday, April 21 at 7 PM in the Community Room of the
Pewaukee Public Library, 210 Main Stree , Pewaukee. It is open to the p
ublic. There is no charge.
Rev. Robert Rotgers, a retired clergyman, is a member of the Association
of Lincoln Presenters. He has portrayed Lincoln for approximately 14 years
. He performed as Lincoln at the Wisconsin State Fair, as well as numerous
reenactments and encampments. He participated in the dedication of the Linc
oln Museum in Springield , Illinois and was pictured in Time magazine with
other Lincoln presenters.
