On Sunday May 30th the Winneconne Museum Complex of five buildings will
open at 1:30 P. M.– 4:30 P.M. and every Sunday thereafter through
Sept. 4th.
Special exhibits starting off the season are the American and Foreign
Bride Dolls in the Kay Wilde Doll Cottage; a tribute exhibit to James
P. Coughlin, founding member of the Winneconne Historical Society in the
Railroad Depot Museum and memorabilia stemming from the Winneconne Girls
Basketball State Championship in the One-room Schoolhouse Museum. There
will be upcoming exhibits during the summer. The other buildings are
the Steamboat House featuring two authentic steamboat cabins, and the
Little House featuring a kitchen and living room of the early years.
Free admission with donations appreciated. Weekday group tours may be
