Prepare to Meet History Face to Face on Saturday Oct. 30, when the Mt. Horeb Area Historical Society presents Night at the Museum.

This Halloween event is back by popular demand, as characters out of Southwestern Dane County's past will greet guests at the dimly lit Mt. Horeb Area Museum from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at 100 South Second Street, downtown Mt. Horeb.

On your guided tour you will meet such notables as Belle and Robert La Follette, Ebenezer Brigham, a boy who claimed his Main Street house was haunted and a 1970s snowmobiler. More than 20 characters in all will briefly introduce themselves on your journey through the "living" past.

Admission for Night at the Museum is $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for students. There will be no charge for children under school age. Tickets are available at the door. but Scouts and other groups of more than five are encouraged to make a reservation. For more information, contact Laurie Boyden at 608-437-6487 or 608-437-8901

Hope to see you there .... if you dare!!
