I would check with SWAP (Surplus With A Purpose) That's the UW surplus
outlet. We've gotten them there before, used but ok. Find them online.

Greendale Historical Society is looking for a steel flat file,
horizontal that will hold blueprints
that are about 36 x 48". Hopefully it would have 10 drawers
but we will take what we can get. We can pay something but
