Our local Lion's club has a document from 1920's which is framed. It inclu des a number of signatures that have faded over time. They are wondering i f we could get a recommendation for someone who could restore the document.
 Hopefully in the Milwaukee Metro area. It has some water damage that they may consider addressing too.
