			The OHA
 has implemented a new and improved system to submit paper or panel proposa
ls. Here's the specifics:
		

			You can no
w submit individual and group proposals for the 2014 OHA annual meeting in 
Madison, Wisconsin, through our new conference submission system:

		The deadline for
 submissions is February 1 2014.
