Report Highlight: Donation Totals by Fund
Melissa Sheinman
The “Donation Totals by Fund” report gives you a summary of the contributions your funds have received over a period of time. The report will list the number of donations per fund as well as the monetary totals of these donations. The date range for the report is customizable for any period of time.
Begin at the Main Menu and go into Reports. Select “Dues & Donations” from the left side of the screen and double click on the “Donation Totals by Fund” report. Put in your date range and click “Preview.”
The report will list any fund that has been donated to during your date range. You will see the number of donations made to each fund as well as the totals of those donations. A combined total for the number of donations and the amount donated for all listed funds will be at the bottom of the report.
If you would like to see individual donations for each fund you can print a list of donations receipts from the Pledges & Receipts screen.
If you have any questions about this report please give us a call at 1-800-562-6080.
