Join the Goodhue County Historical Society for a special workshop on
gravestone restoration
* Learn professional restoration techniques
* Apply what you learn to a local cemetery
* Preserve local gravestones for future generations
Saturday, October 3rd
Full Day Workshop and Educational Program (9am--3pm)
The program consists of a presentation at the History Center, followed
by a hands-on workshop at Saint John's Cemetery in Red Wing.
Students, history buffs, cemetery professionals, and genealogy
enthusiasts won't want to miss out on this rewarding and educational
program. Audiences who attend will receive their own preservation kit to
take home (a $25 value).
Tickets are $38 and will include the preservation kit as well as lunch.
Contact Red Wing Community Education to register for this one-of-a- kind
program. Lunch is included in the program cost.
