Please contact ARC archivist Kathie Otto - kathryn.otto@uwrf.edu - if you are interested in the microfilm readers

The Area Research Center in River Falls has 2 old microfilm readers (no printing) that are free to anyone who wants to come get them.

They are the tall kind that you can see a whole newspaper page on. One is a Gideon 900 and the other is a Northwest Microfilm. Neither one is the best any more, but better than nothing if that's what you've got.

Do you think there is anyone out there who might want one or both? Please let the local history group know.

Thanks,

Kathie
