Subject: Re: Pandemic-era Annual Meetings?

Hi Desitinee,

We are going to try and hold a "drive-in" annual meeting hopefully at the Sauk County Fairgrounds. They have a sound system already installed throughout the fairgrounds for public announcements. We usually have a banquet so hoping to get a caterer to make boxed picnic dinners that people can eat in their cars. We are going to literally vote by honking (it's the same as saying "aye" after all) If all goes well we hope to get a large screen to show a presentation on.
