Thanks for breaking it down for me. I have another question for you. We
are preparing our wedding announcement books for cataloging. Assuming we
will not catalogue each clipping, how do we physically alphabetize these
announcements? If we have a tab for each letter, is it husband's last
name, or brides maiden or married name? Do we use the person who was from
our city, or stick with the alpha hierarchy? Diana
