I am very interested in this presentation. Unfortunately, I have a previous engagement this evening. Please let us know when or if a recording will be available.

Thanks,

The Badger History Group cordially invites you to join us TONIGHT at 7pm for the January talk, "The Civil War Diary by Sgt. Orin M. Jameson," presented by Heather Sonntag.

Orin Jameson, a native to the Sauk Prairie, served with the 17th Regiment Wisconsin Volunteers in 1864. Learn how new archival technologies have made this diary (of the Wisconsin Historical Society collection) accessible in ways to better share his story, how the diary relates to Badger History, and the poignant soldier story of Orin and others.

Heather sits on BHG Board of Directors, and is also an Associate Archivist at the Center for Railroad Photography & Art and Assistant Archivist of Visual Materials at the Wisconsin Historical Society.

Zoom details in attached document. The recording will not be available for immediate sharing, so we hope to see some of you tonight.

Heather
