Trained tour guides will share the stories behind the Trollwayā€™s buildingsā€”some iconic, some often overlooked; the people who designed and constructed them; and some of their notable residents.

Itā€™s an interactive experience that caters to both architecture buffs and those who simply appreciate local history! Available tour dates include:

No account needed; just provide your contact info! This narrated walking tour begins and ends at the Driftless Historium (100 S 2nd St). Arrive a few minutes before the tour starts to check in. Expect to walk approximately 1 mile on sidewalks and across Village streets over the course of about 1.5 hours. Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring water to stay hydrated. Keep in mind that "Places of People of Mount Horeb" is family-friendly, but geared towards an adult audience.

Registration closes 24 hours prior to tour start, and is capped at a maximum of fifteen per tour to ensure a better experience.

Tickets are $5 per person (payable to guide at arrival); MHAHS Members and active duty military/veterans participate for free.
