I am preparing a lecture on Wisconsin food history for this summer and am looking for pictures I might use to illustrate it. Would you put my request on the Listserve?
I will appreciate any images of the following that the Eagle River Historical Society can use to illustrate a lecture on Wisconsin food history.
* early cheese production, factory or domestic
* Native American food gathering, cooking, or other food related
* Early immigrant farming in southern WI
* Ethnic community photos
* Photos from the Watertown Road - building, inns etc.
* Riverboat crews or watercraft
* Early boarding houses
* Meals, holiday celebrations in early farming communities
