New Book about Waterloo History.

Saturday, May 10th, 1-3 p.m. The Waterloo Area Historical Society Museum will have a grand openi ng featuring the debut of the book, Homecoming in Waterloo, 1905, 1915, 1925, 1935. One source states that Homecoming started in Waterloo, Wisconsin in 1905. This is a unique story of early settlers who came back to their hometown to remember the days of struggle, strife and success in friendship and family. Elaine J. Gorder has documented over 200 pages from newspapers, pictures, records and names â
€“ from Allen, Failinger, Heidemann, White, Setz, Whipple, and hundreds more.  The Museum is located at the corner of Polk and South Monroe St. with parking on the side.
