I agree - this is good networking. Naturally, if there's a personal request,
replying only to the questioner is appropriate. When I ask people/societies
to join (Like I did today at Museum Mingle in West Bend), I tell them often
you might get half a dozen messages one day, then nothing for a couple of
weeks.
