        Hello, all:

        

        If not attending or not planning to attend, you can disregard this 
email.

        

        1. Although most of you have registered, if you haven't you need to
 send your form and check as soon as possible, because we need to tell the f
olks at UWEC Davies Center how many people are attending by Friday, April 24
.  If you are not sure that your check will make it to Eau Claire by 4/
23, please call the number on the reg. form to tell them that you are attend
ing.  If you want to know if you have official registered, you can call
 the phone number on the reg. form or email me.

        

        2. To presenters, we will have A/V (laptop/LCD projector/speakers) 
if anyone wants to have a powerpoint and/or audioclips to accompany their wo
rds.  Remember that if you want to use A/V we will either need to load 
your presentation in advance or you will need to take part of your presentat
ion time to plug in your thumb drive or CD and bring up the A/V.  If co
nfused or concerned about this point, call or email me.  (Note: the wom
ens' studies panel has taken care of their A/V needs, so that group can disr
egard this point.)

        

        3. I will be in and out of the office all next week, but I will che
ck email.  So, email is the best way to correspond with me next week.&#
