Calling All Collectors
Join the Washington County Historical Society for the third annual
"Collection of Collectors" event. This family fun-filled evening begins at
7:00p.m. Tuesday, January 19, at the Old Courthouse Museum.
Collecting is a wonderful hobby and a great way to preserve history.
Collections have included antique guns to Halloween items. Other
collections that have been on display are glassware, antique model tractors,
beer memorabilia, and antique toys. The collectors are happy to share their
passion about their collection. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet
collectors from your own community, and enjoy their passion.
If you would like to display a collection, please call Jessica at the
Washington County Historical Society at 262-335-4678. This fun family event
is free, and open to the public. Complimentary refreshments will be
provided.
