Judy Steffes Presents Solo Bike Touring
Freelance journalist and biking enthusiast Judy Steffes will share her many
two-wheeled adventures at the Old Courthouse Museum on Tuesday, May 18, at
7:00 p.m. Steffes is an avid solo bicyclist who has traveled alone across
the United States and Europe.
Solo touring over the past seven years has provided Judy with opportunities
to meet new people while traversing the countryside. Her tours have
included treks around the countries of Ireland, Iceland, and Spain, as well
as crisscrossing the United States.
Judy will explain solo bicycling, necessary equipment, and tips for a
successful bike trip. She has also met many interesting people along the
way that have made her experiences colorful and unique. This event is free
and open to the public. Complimentary refreshments will be provided. For
