Ghosts and Goblins Will Haunt the Old Sheriff's Residence and Jail
West Bend, WI, October 22, 23, 24, 2010- The Washington County Historical
Society will once again be presenting Ghosts of Washington County.
Members of Kettle Moraine Paranormal Investigations will lead groups though
the Haunted Jail full of special effects and actors. This year's theme for
the haunting includes a freaky funeral, creepy clowns and plenty of other
scares.
Tour times are Friday, October 22, from 5 pm to 11:30 pm. On Saturday,
October 23, tours are from 5 pm to 11:30 pm. Tickets on Saturday night also
allow admission to the one act play "Thirteen Names of Hell" by Dave Rank
and performed Kewaskum Middle and High School students. The performance is
at 7 pm. On Sunday, October 24, Not-So-Scary tours for the littlest goblins
will be from 12 pm to 2 pm. There will not be actors or special effects
during these tours. A special treat awaits those who make it though the
Not-So-Scary tour.
Tickets cost $8 per person or $20 for a family of 4. Washington County
Historical Society Members price is $5 per person. Reservations strongly
suggested.
