IMLS Wisconsin Collecting Institutions Survey
The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Wisconsin Library Services,
Wisconsin Federation of Museums, Wisconsin Historical Society, Midwest Art
Conservation Center and the Institute for Museum and Library Services have
teamed up to survey collecting institutions across Wisconsin on their pres
ervation and conservation needs.
Your participation in this survey will influence future collections care fu
nding opportunities from Federal and State agencies.
It is important that the needs of your institution be counted in this study
