Would you like to know who was the last person to update a record? Would yo
u like to limit what certain users can do in PastPerfect?
Use the Security feature to set up user log-ins for PastPerfect. Using this
feature will allow the program to record the name of the user who clicks "
Save" on any record. You can also set up different groups of users with spe
cific access to certain areas of the program and particular functions.
For example, you could create a group of users who can work in Collections,
but not in Contacts or vice versa. You could also allow some users to view
your data, but not make any changes. To utilize this feature just go to Se
tup | Security.
