Rosendale Historical Society will host their annual Peony Sunday on June 12. Their "SISSON'S PEONY GARDENS" are listed on the State & National Register of Historic Places. The Society will be serving a plate lunch in the Gardens from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 12. The Gardens are open to the public every day - visitors are always welcome for self-guided tours - there is no admission fee. "SISSON'S PEONY GARDENS" are located on State Hwy 26 about 1 block north of the intersection of Hwys 23 & 26. Parking is not permitted on Hwy 26 so please use any side street. Flowers can be expected to bloom during the month of June.
