I agree with others that have contributed. The Board is fuduciarily respo
nsible for their actions, and for that reason, the treasurer should be a
member of the Board first, then their appointment as an officer comes sec
ond. If your treasurer has resigned the officer appointment, perhaps they
should also resign from the Board, if the number of members is important
