Check with Old Wade House in Greenbush, WI,
one of the WI historical sites. They completed a big project/building to
store such items not long ago. A road trip by your board/members might be
in order; it is a fantastic site so plan plenty of time!

: storage of carriages/sleighs
The Forest County Historical and Gen
ealogical Society are looking to build a new storage building for their his
toric sleighs and carriages that have previously been stored at private res
idences. Does anyone have any suggestions on what type of building would be
most effective? We would like to allow access to the objects by the visito
rs while also keeping them safe from deterioration.
