Hi all: We do not charge admission to our museum, but, as many who have
responded, ask for free will donations. Therefore, this program would
not benefit us. However, it does give me an idea of perhaps having a
special military day when active and veteran military and their families
would be invited to come. Just need a volunteer to chair this :) Barb

historical museums are part of the Blue Star Museum program? It’s
a national program (NEA) where museums of all types agree to offer free
admission to active military and their families from Memorial Day to
Labor Day.

little over 45 free admissions last season), but it’s such a
positive way to acknowledge our country’s military families.
