Yes, I would recommend contacting Nasco here in Fort Atkinson regarding
their fake foods. They have an incredible selection!

Subject: Re: Faux Meats for Smokehouse Display
I googled Food Models and came up with all kinds of places. My sister,
who was in the food industry, suggested a place in Fort Atkinson,
Wisconsin, so I googled Fort Atkinson, Wi food models and came up with a
list. Hope that helps. Ask them to donate!

Good morning…
You could make them out of paper mâché. They will stand up
well if they are not exposed to weather-temp flux should not bother
them.

The Richfield Historical Society is interested in creating a display for
its smokehouse. We are looking for faux hams and sausages (items that
would be hanging in a smokehouse.) I believe these can be purchased, but
are quite expensive. Does anyone have information on where such items
could be purchased at a reasonable price? Are there any ideas of how
these could be made? The materials would have to withstand the cold and
heat.
