Did you have less than $1 million in revenue in 2019?
Do you have less than 50 employees? (If you work by yourself, you count as
one employee)
Are you a small business, sole proprietor, gig worker or contractor (aka fi
lled a Schedule C)?
Did you answer "yes" to all of the above?
