Generally we keep the best 2 copies in our collection. We have additional copies available in our gift shop/bookstore for purchase. We are up front with people upon donation, that they may be sold and why. Money from sale of those goes toward our archives budget for such things as archive folders and boxes. About a year ago a grandchild of a person now in a nursing home purchased one and had some wonderful conversations with their grandparent who was starting to have memory issues.
