The Waterloo (WI) Area Historical Society exists in the 1869 cream city built-brick former St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Since we have original art from calendar artists Zula Keynon and Adelaide Heibel we keep the Museum heated at 55 degrees. It costs about $86 a month. We did have insulation put in the attic area a couple of years ago and that helps keep the temperature stable. Also keep a ceiling fan on all the time.
