Announcing:
The Local Bounty: A five course meal celebrating the wide spectrum of
incredible
ingredients available in the Chippewa Valley.
There is some amazing food produced right here in our backyard. But in
most cases, you won't find it in the grocery stores. You have to search
out small
local farmers who care passionately about the food they grow and the
animals they raise.
Here's a chance to do just that yourself - Chef Nathan Berg at Native
Bay will be
creating a five-course dinner featuring ingredients from some of the
area's most skilled
artisans. The farmers themselves will be on hand to tell their stories
and answer questions
about their offerings. Just Local Food will also be there to explain
their mission
of getting this local food from the farms to your own table.
Please don't miss this special opportunity to sample local food and
enjoy the company of farmers and friends at the best restaurant in the
area!
