Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of former President Clinton and Democratic pr
esidential candidate Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, is scheduled to appear Tu
esday afternoon at The Cabin in Davies Center at UW-Eau Claire, according t
o the Eau Claire County Democratic Party.
The campaign appearance calls for Chelsea Clinton to sit for a question-and
-answer session from 3:15 to 4:15 p.m., local party officials said in an e-
mail to supporters.
The event is co-sponsored by WAGE (Women and Gender Equity) and the UW-Eau
Claire College Democrats.
Chelsea Clinton, who was scheduled to stop at UW-Milwaukee and UW-Madison o
n Monday, also plans an appearance in La Crosse on Tuesday, according to th
e Wisconsin for Hillary campaign.
Hillary's rival for the Democratic presidential nomination, Illinois Sen. B
arack Obama, plans to hold a rally in Madison on Tuesday evening. The appea
rances precede Wisconsin's primary, which will be held Feb. 19.
