Call for Session Proposals!
The Wisconsin Federation of Museums (WFM) will hold its 2009 annual meeting
in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on November 2, 2009. The 2009 theme is Making Lemo
nade!
The Theme:
We all know that "lemons" show up throughout the museum field from bad econ
omies to figuring out how to deal with abandoned loans. This year the WFM A
nnual meeting puts a positive spin on taking those lemons and making the pr
overbial lemonade!
The Program Committee seeks proposals that:
* Feature ideas, initiatives or ongoing responses that provide solutions
to problems or issues
* Provide information that sheds new light on key issues or potential so
lutions to challenges
* Introduce provocative ideas for discussion while illuminating reasons
for both success and/or the need to rethink and retool
