Section 106: An Introduction Madison, WI — November 15-17, 2011

Learn the basics of project review under Section 106 of the National Histor ic Preservation Act. This seminar emphasizes practicalities-how to avoid pi tfalls and victimization by myths. Discuss recent changes in regulations an d procedures, with an emphasis on coordination with the National Environmen tal Policy Act and other laws. An agenda is available online at www.npi.org

LA/CES. These seminars meet the criteria for programs in the American Socie ty of Landscape Architects Continuing Education System and ASLA members wil l receive 6 learning units each day.
