The easiest way is to scan the negative. Many flatbed scanners have a negative scanning option (light source in the cover). Then you can easily print it or manipulate it digitally. I have done it with 8x10 and smaller as well as glass negatives and get excellent results. Most likely one of your members or volunteers has a scanner that will do it.
