The Red Brick Museum in Mukwonago is open the second and fourth Sunday in th e months of June through September from 1:00-4:00. We also have a log cabin t hat is the gift shop. We try to have a minimum of five volunteers each time w e are open. If there are not enough people, the gift shop remains closed. We
are all volunteers and do not have a curator. We do provide tours at other t imes when requested by groups. We have a Quester group who asked this year t o have their evening meeting at the Museum. I have done presentations to loc al community groups and classrooms.

As probably true of many organizations, we have a core group of volunteers w ho work - two people only volunteer for the gift shop, another does the year ly exhibit, one person does the scheduling for docents (using Sign-Up Genius
on the internet), etc. We all volunteer for spring cleaning.

The Museum is owned by the Village and we are part of their budget. The Publ ic Works Department helps when we need them and we are fortunate to have the
Master Gardeners take care of the flower gardens, the Village does the mowi ng and snow removal.

More volunteers are always appreciated! Janine Coley Vice President
