DOCENT SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY
The Center for Railroad Photography & Art seeks to grant docent
scholarships to young or emerging photographers or visual artists to attend
its annual “Conversations” conference in Lake Forest, Illin
ois. Up to four
applicants who demonstrate financial need and creative work may be awarded
docent scholarships, which provide attendance, lodging, and partial travel
expenses in exchange for limited volunteer service and making a 10-minute
presentation about their photography or art at the conference.
Conference Dates: September 13-15, 2019
Deadline for Application: July 19, 2019
Recipient Notifications: July 26, 2019
