Subject: Looking for expertise in hosting an afternoon tea

Hey there you all!

I am interested in hosting a "high tea" or some type of afternoon tea event and would like to see if any of you all have done any sort of thing like that and who/what you consulted to do it.

I was thinking about bringing in guest speakers before the tea to talk about the history and culture of tea itself, different cultures tea ceremonies and other things to celebrate TEA!

Any experiences to share or speakers/sources to recommend?
