Executive Director - The Sherburne County Historical Society is seeking a r
esults-driven leader to provide strategic development and management of the
Sherburne History Center located in Becker, MN. The Executive Director wi
ll bring proven skills in management, fundraising, staff development, overs
eeing program and collection development, effective marketing and public re
lations, budgeting, and growing a non-profit. Must possess exceptional com
munications skills to work with government bodies, agencies, civic groups,
and donors; partner with area businesses and build relationships with Sherb
urne County citizens. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in related
field with 3 - 5 years experience managing a non-profit organization. Pref
erred Qualifications: Masters Degree in related field with 8 - 10 years exp
erience managing a history museum or non-profit organization. A demonstrat
