Sorry that I haven't been able to reply to your question until now, have
been out-of-state visiting daughter and family. We own four buildings,
three located in Randall Park and one, a former private residence, in the
village. The three buildings in the park were built by our society and then
leased to the village. Thus, the village provides all services and
insurance to us at no charge. The private residence is owned by the
Society. We are responsible for all services and insurance. To provide
some help in maintaining this residence the village gives us $400 per year.
I will be asking for an increase of $100 next year due to an increase in the
cost of sewer and water. Hope this helps.

The Dartford Historical Society in Green Lake owns a building in a city
park. The City takes care of lawn mowing and snow removal.
