We send out membership renewal reminders with our annual meeting letter.
Have a regular spot in our quarterly newsletter for "appeals".
The following is placed in a box in the newsletter.
"Please consider a donation to our society’s Legacy Fund in honor of or
in memory of someone special. A receipt for tax purposes will be
provided upon request. The Legacy Fund is similar to an Endowment; if we
build up enough capital, we can put the interest toward funding our
needs. Thank you for your continuing support."
I will also, as necessary, post a" Wish List" & "Dream List" in the
newsletters for special projects.
