I pull wag ons and carriages with horses and I do wheel business with the Amish in Wis consin.   Try Mast Buggy Shop at W5253 Barry Road, Dalton, WI 53926 or try Spring Valley Buggy Shop at 16348 Gempeler Road, Broadhead, WI  ( Ben Yoder, 608-897-8368).  Those are the two businesses that I have us ed.  This is the best contact information I have for them but I have n ot had any repairs done in the last 3 years.  There are likely other A mish wheel makers in the state that do repair and restoration that may be c loser to you.

You might check with Old Wade House, s tate historical site in Greenbush, WI that has a large collection of wagons, etc in its collection and some of them have probably been restored.

If you want it done professionally you can go to hansenwheel.com. Otherwise, I would recommend contacting the people at the Circus World Museum. They do amazing work at restoring wheels. Perhaps they can give you instructions on how to repair your wheels.

Hi everyone - Please sha re recommendations, if you have them, for this restoration question. Thanks!&n bsp;

The Waupaca Historical Society is working on restoring some horse drawn wagons and railroad baggage cart, but we need to repair an d restore the wagon wheels. Does the Wisconsin Historical Society know of any businesses that do this type of work? Or do you know of any other museums/contacts that might be able to help?

Thank you for your help, and have a wonderful holiday season!
