Hi, The Berlin Area Historical Society has done two Historical Info signs to date. We have used Pannier Co out of Gibsonia Pa.

They have a website if you want to see what they all do. Ours are outdoor signs, one giving the legend for our 1st Nation Monument

and the other talks about the history and importance of our Market Square. I have enclosed a picture of the one we did for the

1st Nation monument. They are stand-alone signs not attached to any buildings. They are a very good company to work with and

we have been pleased with the products they do. We are looking to increase the number of signs going forward.

Hello Maureen - Here are some guidelines
<https://www.erielandmark.com/establishing-a-plaque-program/#:~:text=In%20es tablishing%20a%20plaque%20program%20a%20historical%20society,the%20plaque%20 program.%20Establishing%20Program%20Goals%20and%20Objectives> from the Erie Landmark Company for administrating a historical plaque program. They are located in Erie, Pennsylvania, and have an impressive number of options for local landmark plaques.

Any information regarding placing a plaque stating when the building was established/built. Historical use of building in the past. Do not need a Wis Landmark sign, just an informative brief sign telling of early use and when built to brighten up our local downtown historic district.

Any information is appreciated. Also places where a sign company is located.
